What Do Extended Warranties Usually Cover?
Extended warranties are designed to pick up warranty repair when the manufacturer’s warranty ends. These extended warranties are usually provided by the store where you bought the device. The contact information for the extended warranty provider should be on the receipt or given to you at point of purchase.
It is your responsibility to contact the extended warranty provider to secure authorization for your device to be repaired. We cannot proceed with the repair as warranty work unless an authorization is received from the warranty provider within 15 days from the date the device was checked into our facility. If it not provided, you’ll be contacted to make arrangements to pay for the repairs or to pick up the item.
